Operational draft · Founder/legal review required

Terms for the Money Leak Scan.

The practical boundaries for a once-off R99 educational expense analysis—not a financial-advice service.

What this draft is

This is an operational terms draft for LeakLens founder and legal review. It is not legal advice and is not presented as final legal terms or compliance documentation.

The service

LeakLens provides a paid, once-off educational expense analysis called the Money Leak Scan. The scan is designed to help you review monthly spending patterns and identify possible areas to investigate. The R99 price is a once-off payment, not a subscription.

Your information and consent

You choose whether to submit your monthly income and expense information after payment. By submitting it, you ask LeakLens to use those details to prepare your scan. You confirm that the information is yours to share and that you will not send passwords, card numbers, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Advice boundary and estimates

LeakLens is educational expense analysis only. It does not provide financial, credit, tax, investment, insurance, legal or other regulated advice, and it does not recommend a financial product. Any Money Leak Score, possible leak, saving prompt or monthly or annual figure is illustrative—not a guarantee of savings, affordability, credit approval or any financial outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek qualified advice where appropriate.

Payment and delivery

Payments are handled through MadeThis secure checkout, not a payment form on the LeakLens site. After a successful payment, LeakLens sends secure intake and report-delivery next steps to the contact details used at checkout. Delivery depends on receiving a sufficiently complete expense intake. Founder/legal review should define the final delivery timeframe, refund approach and applicable tax wording before launch.

Privacy and third-party processing

The Privacy operational draft explains how LeakLens intends to use submitted data, including third-party hosting, payment, communication and AI-processing services. By using the service, you acknowledge that these providers may process information needed to operate the scan, subject to the final operating setup and applicable terms.

Changes and contact

These operational terms may change as LeakLens completes its service and compliance setup. A founder-reviewed final version should include an effective date, governing-law position, dispute process and active support contact before public launch.

Read the Privacy operational draft for practical data-use and deletion details.
